AloftU School Policies

Students are required to attend 100% of the scheduled instructional hours in order to receive credit for the class. Students are required to have their cameras on for the entire class. The provider and/or designated administrator will verify photo identification of each student in attendance. The provider and/or designated administrator will maintain an attendance roster and take attendance at various unannounced times during the course. The attendance roster will include the course approval number, the date of the course, the location of the course and the instructor’s name.

Attendance will be closely monitored, including early departures, late arrivals and from all scheduled breaks. An online platform will provide analytics that can track actual student time in the course. Platform attendance analytics will be reviewed for compliance before awarding CE completion certificates. Attendance records will be maintained for a minimum of five years.

Students who do not meet the 100% attendance requirement will not receive credit for the course and will not be eligible for a refund. (see Refund Policy)
